Evening exterior. The tower in late light, with amenity and street already part of the story. This is the wide still for launch: glass, podium, and the hour the building should be remembered.
Exterior / Amenity
Confidential
Tower, amenity, and evening light: clubhouse, courts, and lobby moments in one visual set.
The project
Tower Three is a residential product told as a full evening set. The crown of the building is only part of the offer. Courts, clubhouse, meeting rooms, and the street at dusk had to sit in the same visual language as the tower itself.
Evening cameras hold glass, podium, and late light so the architecture still reads when the sun is low. Amenity stills then drop to human scale: a court, a clubhouse, a room with furniture and daylight.
The set is built for a sales deck that has to move from skyline to lifestyle without a change in finish. If the tower is photoreal and the clubhouse is not, the product fails. We finished both to the same standard.

Still 02
Architectural still. Clean massing so the building can be approved as form, not only as marketing. Light and sky stay quiet so the volume can be read by a planning team as well as a sales team.

Still 03
Basketball court. Amenity at human scale, so the residential offer is more than the crown. Surface, light, and planting are finished so the still can sit next to the tower without a drop in quality.

Still 04
Clubhouse. Interior and landscape in one still for the sales set around the tower. The room is furnished and lit as a place people will use, not as a leftover space under the podium.

Still 05
Evening camera 012. A second dusk view for decks that need more than one hero. The light is kept in the same family as the first evening still so the set feels like one hour, not a mix of moods.

Still 06
Evening camera 014. Approach and podium when the light is low and the glass starts to hold rooms. This is the still for arrival: how the tower meets the street before a buyer goes inside.

Still 07
Meeting room. Interior finish, furniture, and daylight so the tower has a life inside the envelope. The camera is close enough for material, and open enough for a sales page about work and gathering.
