The project

Water Villa is a private waterfront house built for sales and design review, not for a white void. The brief asked for a finished home on the water: glass, terrace, planting, and the edge of the site in cameras a buyer can trust.

We set the work around daylight first, so climate and scale are clear at a glance. Alternate cameras then walk the approach, the living level, and the material of the facade until the house reads as a place, not a massing study.

A night still closes the set. Warm rooms sit against a quiet elevation so the villa works after sunset as well as at noon, ready for a deck, a website, and a client meeting.

Water Villa — daytime waterfront exterior

Still 01

Daylight from the water. The villa is framed as a finished house, with glass, terrace, and planting holding the living level in one still. This camera is for first impression: climate, scale, and the edge of the site without extra styling.

Water Villa — alternate facade and approach

Still 02

A second camera for approach. Material, shade, and planted ground keep the volume quiet so the house can be read from the land as well as from the water. It is the still for decks that need more than one hero.

Water Villa — final exterior still

Still 03

The sales exterior. Light, water, and the living rooms sit in a frame a client can decide on. Furniture and planting are finished so the image can stand in for a site visit before the house is built.

Water Villa — night exterior glow

Still 04

Night on the water. Warm interior light against a dark facade so the villa holds after sunset. The same architecture remains readable, which is what sales and design teams need when a campaign runs day and night together.
